On the heels of a worldwide pandemic, many parents are struggling to find the right summer experience for their children. Camp Vantage provides a safe, nurturing environment where campers can build character, develop lasting friendships, and grow in their relationship with God.
In just 9 short weeks at camp Vantage, we will help your child leave the worries of life behind and get back to just being a kid. Camp Vantage is the place for you and your child to gain a new “Vantage” point.

SAFETY AT CAMP
What is Camp Vantage doing to keep my child safe at camp?
At Camp Vantage, our priority is always on the health and safety of your child. In addition to the many steps we take every day to protect the health of our guests, campers, and staff, we will work closely with our camp directors to incorporate recommendations from local, state and national agencies and follow guidance from the American Camp Association and the CDC for a healthy camp community for all.
Can my child bring their own personal supplies?
Yes, in an effort to help reduce the spread of germs this summer, you are welcome to send your camper with their own supplies. These will be stored by themselves and used only by your child. Some of the items we commonly use include: Pencils, Colored Pencils, Crayons, Scissors, Composition Book, Plastic Container, Glue Stick, Tape, Markers and Hand Sanitizer.
PROGRAMMING
What does a typical day of camp look like?
Camp programming begins at 7:00am and ends at 6:30pm However, campers can be dropped off as early as 6:45am and all campers must be picked up by 6:30pm. Programing will vary by time and day but each day will include the same components, including small group time, outdoor play, and enrichment activities.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS
How do I reserve a spot in camp?
Reserving a spot requires a $300 deposit. All deposits must be in by May 3, 2022 in order receive a camp towel and bag embroidered with the child’s name.
First two weekly camp payments are due May 14, 2022. If deposit have not been made by that time, deposits and first two weeks of camp will be required.
Weekly camp fee is $175 for the first child, $165 week for the second child and each additional within a family.
Paying a deposit is the only way to guarantee that your child(s) will have a reserved spot for camp.
How do camp payments work?
- Payments are due two weeks in advance and should cover two weeks of camp
- Deposits are non-refundable after May 1, 2022
- Drop-in rates $45 per day plus the cost of the day’s activity for non-registered campers
- Weekly rate for non-registered campers is $200 (this is not inclusive of bag and towel with child’s name or van sneakers)

Is financial assistance available?
Yes, we are extending limited financial assistance through the summer. If you need to apply, you can e-mail us at info@campvantagekids.com
When are my payments due?
Camp fees paid after the due date will incur a late fee of $5 per day
- May 14th Payments for Weeks 1 & 2
- June 4th Payments for Weeks 3 & 4
- June 18th Payments for Weeks 5 & 6
- July 2nd Payments for Weeks 7 & 8
- July 16th Payments for Week 9
CANCELLATIONS
What happens if I need to cancel my camp registration?
We want you to be able to register for camp with confidence. If you withdraw your child before May 1, 2022you will receive a full refund for your deposit. If you withdraw your child from weekly programming you will receive a partial refund as each week trips, activities and swimming are already paid for.
DROPOFF/PICKUP & WHAT TO BRING
How will I drop off and pick up my child?
All children will be picked up and dropped off in the youth building.
What should my child bring to camp?
- All campers will need to bring their own lunch. Lunch will not be provided for campers.
- Campers are welcome to bring their own supplies to camp for STEM if they desire.
